Iran's Revolutionary Guard warns of 'all-out war' if demands unmet

Iran's Revolutionary Guard stated on Saturday evening that the ongoing clashes do not constitute a full-scale war, but are instead a response to what it described as 'American aggression.' The Guard accused the United States of violating a memorandum of understanding by announcing an alternative shipping route through the Strait of Hormuz.

The statement clarified that the memorandum stipulates that navigation in the Strait of Hormuz must follow arrangements set by Iran. The Guard warned that any country, including the United Kingdom or others, would become a legitimate target if it supports the United States in the conflict.

The Revolutionary Guard added that if Tehran's demands are not met, a large-scale war would resume with absolute certainty.
