Yemen condemns Iranian missile strikes as violation of regional sovereignty

Yemen's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has condemned Iran's missile attacks on Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, and Iraq.

In a statement, the ministry said the Iranian strikes represent a blatant violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the targeted countries.

The ministry added that these Iranian attacks mark a dangerous escalation that threatens regional and international security, and once again reveal a pattern of escalation, destabilization, and exporting crises to neighboring states.

The statement stressed that confronting such attacks should not be limited to condemnations, but requires a firm and responsible international stance to deter any party seeking to impose its will by force or undermine the security and sovereignty of the region, and to put an end to Iranian practices that threaten regional peace and security.
