He added that countries that opposed the liberation of Hodeidah are now suffering, according to him, due to Houthi violations and threats to navigation.
Al-Kaf stressed that Houthi attacks on civilian sites have a direct impact on the lives of Yemenis and worsen humanitarian and service conditions, while the government continues to operate from Aden under its emergency plan.
