Al-Fateh club physiotherapist thanks Saudi Arabia after son's life saved

The physiotherapist for Al-Fateh Football Club, which competes in the Saudi Pro League, has shared a moving personal story that led him to tattoo the phrase "Saudi Arabia saved me... thank you" on his forearm, expressing gratitude for the support he received in the Kingdom during his son's health crisis.

According to nigeriafootball.ng, Al-Fateh posted a video on its official X account showing the specialist, known as Glo, displaying the Arabic tattoo on his arm. He explained that living in Saudi Arabia changed both his and his son's lives after he received support that enabled a critical surgery for his child.

Message of gratitude and humanitarian support

In the video, Glo said the tattoo is a permanent expression of thanks to the country where he now lives and works, stating: "Saudi Arabia helped me change my life. Saudi Arabia is my home." He linked this gesture to a moment when his family urgently needed support as his son required emergency medical treatment.

The physiotherapist added that the support he received in Saudi Arabia enabled him to arrange a difficult surgery for his son, noting that everything in his life changed from that moment—he quit smoking and gave up many bad habits.
