Saudi youth hockey team concludes Asian Cup campaign in Muscat

Saudi Arabia’s under-18 national hockey team has concluded its participation in the Asian Cup, a World Cup qualifying tournament held in Muscat, Oman, from July 20 to 25.

The squad featured 10 players who gained valuable experience and exposure during the competition, which is expected to help develop the team’s performance and readiness for future tournaments.

This event marked the Saudi hockey team’s official debut, ushering in a new era for the sport in the Kingdom. The participation reflects the Saudi Hockey Federation’s strategy to strengthen the country’s presence in continental and international competitions and to advance the development of hockey in Saudi Arabia.
