Al-Ittihad defeats Al-Fayha 2-1 in Roshn League round six

Al-Ittihad defeated visiting Al-Fayha 2-1 in their match today at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, as part of the sixth round of the Saudi Pro League, known as the Roshn League.

Al-Ittihad opened the scoring through George Ilenikhena in the 43rd minute, before Al-Fayha equalized with a goal from Jason Remeseiro in stoppage time (45+4), ending the first half level at 1-1.

In the second half, Al-Ittihad regained the lead with a penalty successfully converted by Youssef En-Nesyri in the 68th minute, securing the advantage until the final whistle.

With this result, Al-Ittihad raised their tally to 14 points, temporarily moving into third place, while Al-Fayha remained on 5 points in eleventh position.
