Al-Taawoun held to 1-1 draw by Oman's Al-Nahda in AFC Champions League 2 opener

Al-Taawoun and Oman's Al-Nahda played to a 1-1 draw on Wednesday evening at Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex in Muscat, in the opening round of Group C in the AFC Champions League 2.

Al-Taawoun took the lead in the 60th minute through Rakan Al-Tulayhi, but the Omani side equalized in the 81st minute with a goal from Petros Boumal.
