The Saudi karate team has won 10 medals including four gold, two silver and four bronze at the conclusion of the Asian Cadet Junior & 21 Championship hosted by the Republic of Kazakhstan with the participation of 408 players from 25 countries.
The gold medals were awarded in the following categories: Cadet Kata Male, Cadet Kumite Male 70+ kg, U21 Kumite Male -67 kg and U21 Kumite Male -84 kg.
The silver medals were in these two categories: Junior Kata Male and Junior Kumite Male -61 kg. While the bronze medals were in: Junior Kumite Male -68 kg, Junior Kumite Male -55 kg, Junior Kumite Male 76+ kg and U21 Kumite Male 84+ kg.
