Haaland goal gives 10-man Manchester City derby win over United

Manchester City claimed a valuable 1-0 victory over Manchester United at Old Trafford in the fourth round of the Premier League.

City were reduced to ten men in the 23rd minute of the first half after Phil Foden was sent off following a challenge with United's Bruno Fernandes, forcing City to play the remainder of the match a man down.

Despite the numerical disadvantage, Manchester City secured the win with a goal from Erling Haaland in the 60th minute.

Manchester City continued their winning run in the Premier League, raising their tally to 12 points from four matches to stay in contention for the top spot alongside defending champions Arsenal.
