Riyadh-based Al-Hilal senior football team, Asia Champion, will face UEFA Champions League winners Chelsea at Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi in the semi-finals of FIFA Club World Cup on Wednesday.
The Asian giants booked their place in the semifinal of the prestigious tournament after smashing hosts UAE side Al-Jazera 6-1 in the second round.
Al-Hilal’s victory recorded the biggest victory in the tournament’s history.
FIFA have named referee Cesar Ramos to officiate the game.
The winner of the game will face Brazilian team Palmeiras who defeated Egyptian side Ahly on Tuesday to reach the tournament’s final game.
