Al-Baha Equestrian Field launches first horse race of the season

Al-Baha Equestrian Field in Al-Aqiq is hosting its first horse racing event of the season today, Thursday, as part of the governorate’s 1448H summer activities. The event features more than 20 horses and a selection of leading owners and stables.

The event includes two main races: the first is dedicated to Arabian horses over a distance of 1,400 meters, while the second is for both locally bred and imported horses over the same distance.

This race is part of the field’s ongoing efforts to support equestrian sports, provide opportunities for owners to compete, and promote this traditional sport, contributing to the sporting and tourism activity in Al-Aqiq during the summer season.
