Saudi Pro League round two concludes with wins for top clubs

The second round of the Saudi Pro League, known as the Roshn League, concluded on Saturday after nine matches played over three days. The round saw victories for Al-Hilal, Al-Nassr, Al-Ittihad, Al-Ahli, Al-Ettifaq, Al-Kholood, Al-Daraiya, and Neom, while the match between Al-Khaleej and Al-Shabab ended in a goalless draw.

The round opened with Al-Hilal defeating Al-Fayha 3-0 at Al-Majma'ah Sports City Stadium in Al-Majma'ah.

On the second day, Al-Nassr overcame Al-Riyadh 4-0 at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium in Riyadh. Al-Daraiya secured a 1-0 win over Al-Hazm at Al-Hazm Club Stadium in Ar Rass, while Neom beat Al-Faisaly 2-0 at Al-Majma'ah Sports City Stadium. Al-Ittihad also claimed a narrow 1-0 victory against Al-Qadsiah at Prince Mohammed bin Fahd Stadium in Dammam.

The third day featured Al-Ettifaq's 1-0 win over Al-Fateh at Tamweel Al-Oula Field in Al-Ahsa, and Al-Kholood's 3-2 victory against Al-Taawoun. Al-Ahli delivered a commanding 4-0 win over Abha at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, while Al-Khaleej and Al-Shabab played to a scoreless draw at Prince Mohammed bin Fahd Stadium in Dammam.

With the conclusion of the second round, competition in the Saudi Pro League remains intense as clubs look to strengthen their positions in the standings ahead of the third round.
