Barcelona joins Real Madrid in race to sign Man City’s Rodri

Italian football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Real Madrid has been in talks with Manchester City midfielder Rodri for several weeks.

Romano stated on his account on X that the final decision will be entirely up to Rodri, as both Real Madrid and Barcelona are prepared to offer similar transfer fees to Manchester City.

He added that while Rodri has been negotiating with Real Madrid as a priority for weeks, Barcelona have now entered the race as well, with Madrid’s deal yet to be finalized.
