Al-Ahli confirm departure of coach Matthias Jaissle

Al-Ahli Football Club has announced the end of its contractual relationship with German coach Matthias Jaissle, who officially resigned from his position as head coach.

In a statement posted on its official X account, Al-Ahli said: "Al-Ahli announces the termination of its contract with first team coach Matthias Jaissle following his resignation. He will pay the release clause within the period specified in the contract."

English Premier League side Newcastle United has officially announced the appointment of Matthias Jaissle as the club's new manager, with preparations underway for the upcoming season.

The German coach has signed a four-year contract with Newcastle, marking a new chapter in his managerial career after leaving Al-Ahli.
