First Division League round four kicks off today

The fourth round of the Saudi First Division League begins today, Monday, featuring anticipated clashes over three days. The headline match sees league leaders AlUla visit Damac as they aim to continue their perfect start and secure a fourth consecutive victory.

The round opens tomorrow with three fixtures: Al-Adalah faces Al-Saqr, Al-Jabalain hosts Al-Wehda, and Al-Okhdood welcomes Al-Najma.

Al-Adalah enters its match against Al-Saqr after claiming its first win last round over Al-Bukayriyah, raising its tally to four points in seventh place. Al-Saqr, meanwhile, is seeking its first victory in the league after three consecutive draws, placing them 12th with three points.

In Hail, Al-Jabalain looks to return to winning ways after drawing with Al-Najma last round, currently sitting eighth with four points. Al-Wehda comes into the match with three points, having drawn all three of its previous games.

In the third encounter, Al-Okhdood, fourth with five points, aims to get back to winning form and stay close to the leaders as they face Al-Najma, who have four points, following a draw between the two sides last round.

The round continues Tuesday with three more matches, highlighted by AlUla’s visit to Damac. Other fixtures include Al-Zulfi against Hajer, and Al-Anwar versus Al-Tai.

AlUla enters the match at the top of the table with a perfect record of nine points, seeking a fourth straight win. Damac, who have yet to lose, have drawn all three of their matches and collected three points.

Elsewhere, Al-Zulfi, fifth with five points, hosts Hajer, who are ninth with four points. Al-Tai, fresh off a win over Al-Jandal that lifted them to third with six points, will look to continue their winning streak as they visit Al-Anwar, who have two points and are still searching for their first win.

The round concludes Wednesday with three matches: Al-Raed faces Al-Jeel, Al-Jandal meets Al-Bukayriyah, and Jeddah takes on Al-Orobah.

Al-Raed will try to halt their losing streak after back-to-back defeats, currently 13th with three points. Al-Jeel, meanwhile, earned their first point of the season with a draw against Jeddah last round.

Al-Jandal and Al-Bukayriyah meet as both seek their first win of the season; Al-Bukayriyah have two points in 15th, while Al-Jandal have one point in 17th place.

In the final match of the round, Jeddah aims to return to winning ways after a draw with Al-Jeel last round cost them the top spot, dropping them to second with seven points. Al-Orobah looks to improve on a slow start, having collected just two points to sit 14th.
