Schalke sign South Korean Hwang with 35 seconds left in transfer window

German club Schalke finalized the signing of South Korean forward Hwang Hee-chan just 35 seconds before the end of the current summer transfer window.

Schalke signed Hwang on loan from English side Wolverhampton Wanderers until the end of the season, with an option to buy for three million euros.

Schalke sporting director Frank Baumann said: "We received confirmation that everything was successfully uploaded to the Bundesliga transfer system 35 seconds before the deadline."
