Al-Duhail and Al-Arabi draw 1-1 in Qatari league second round

Al-Duhail and Al-Arabi played to a 1-1 draw at Al Bayt Stadium today in the second round of the Qatari football league.

Al-Duhail took the lead through Brazilian defender Lucas Melo in the 52nd minute, before Al-Arabi equalized with a goal from Kenyan striker Michael Olunga in the 70th minute.

Both teams continued to push for a winner, but neither was able to break the deadlock, and the match ended in a draw with each side taking one point.

Al-Duhail are set to face Al-Rayyan, while Al-Arabi will meet Al-Sailiya in the third round of the competition.
