Borussia Dortmund defeat Hamburg 2-0 in Bundesliga opener

Borussia Dortmund secured a 2-0 victory over visiting Hamburg in their Bundesliga season opener at Signal Iduna Park.

Dortmund's goals came from Serhou Guirassy in the ninth minute and Giannis Konstantelias in the 45th. Dortmund's Samuel Inacio was sent off in the 79th minute. The win gives Dortmund their first three points of the season, while Hamburg remain without a point.

Dortmund will travel to face Hoffenheim in the second round next Saturday, while Hamburg will host Mainz on Sunday.
