Saudi Pro League second round kicks off Thursday

The second round of the Saudi Pro League (Roshn League) will kick off on Thursday, with Al-Fayha set to host Al-Hilal at Al-Majma'ah Sports City Stadium.

Al-Fayha lost their opening match to hosts Neom 2-1, while Al-Hilal defeated visiting Al-Faisaly 4-2.

The round continues on Friday with four matches: Al-Riyadh face league leaders Al-Nassr in Riyadh, Al-Hazm play Al-Deraeyah in Ar Rass, Al-Qadsiah meet Al-Ittihad in Dammam, and Al-Faisaly take on Neom in Al-Majma'ah. The round concludes on Saturday with another four fixtures: Al-Fateh versus Al-Ettifaq in Al-Ahsa, Al-Kholood against Al-Taawoun in Ar Rass, Al-Ahli hosting Abha in Jeddah, and Al-Khaleej facing Al-Shabab in Dammam.

Al-Nassr currently lead the standings with three points, ahead on goal difference from Al-Hilal, Al-Ettifaq, Al-Qadsiah, Neom, Al-Hazm, and Al-Ahli, who all won their opening matches. Al-Ittihad sit eighth with one point, just ahead of Al-Kholood (ninth), Al-Taawoun (tenth), and Al-Khaleej (eleventh) on goal difference. Al-Fayha, Abha, Al-Deraeyah, Al-Riyadh, Al-Faisaly, Al-Shabab, and Al-Fateh remain without points, occupying twelfth to eighteenth place after losing their first matches.
