UAE national football team arrives in Jeddah for Gulf Cup 27

The UAE national football team arrived in Jeddah today to prepare for the 27th Arabian Gulf Cup, known as "Gulf Cup 27," which will be hosted by Saudi Arabia from September 23 to October 6.

The team was welcomed at King Abdulaziz International Airport by representatives of the tournament's organizing committee. After completing arrival procedures, the delegation moved to its accommodation to begin the final phase of preparations ahead of the competition.

The UAE team will hold training sessions in Jeddah over the coming days as they get ready for their matches in the tournament. They will compete in Group B alongside Qatar, Bahrain, and Yemen.

With the arrival of the UAE squad, all eight participating teams are now present in Jeddah, following the arrivals of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Yemen, and Iraq. This marks the first time the city is hosting the Gulf event, with full organizational and technical readiness in place.
