Zidane celebrates wildly after France's dramatic win over Belgium

France national team coach Zinedine Zidane celebrated wildly after his side’s 1-0 victory over Belgium, thanks to a dramatic late goal from substitute Michael Olise, marking his second consecutive win in the UEFA Nations League.

Just 10 minutes after coming on, Olise sprinted from before the halfway line, weaving past the Belgian defense before expertly finishing in the 88th minute.

Zidane ran onto the pitch in celebration, powerfully kicking a ball as his impressive start with Les Bleus continued. Zidane’s jubilant reaction became a global talking point, rivaling the brilliance of the Bayern Munich star's goal.

The French legend commented on his celebration, saying: "I was running alongside Olise, watching him dribble with the ball—I knew he would score." Laughing, and almost having lost his voice, he added: "I ran out of energy... Overall, we deserved the win."

He also praised Olise, saying: "He has natural talent. I love players like him—he always wants to enjoy himself on the pitch. I’m happy to work with him and watch him up close."
