UAE defeats Bahrain 3-0 to reach Gulf Cup semifinals

The UAE national football team advanced to the semifinals of the 27th Arabian Gulf Cup after defeating Bahrain 3-0 in their match today at Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, as part of the second round of Group B fixtures.

UAE opened the scoring through Othman Kamara in the 30th minute, ending the first half with a 1-0 lead.

In the second half, Guilherme Bala doubled the advantage in the 66th minute, before Ali Saleh sealed the victory with a third goal in the 88th minute.

The UAE side dominated the match and capitalized on their attacking chances, while Bahrain were unable to find the net despite several attempts.

With this result, the UAE secured a place in the semifinals and continue their campaign for the Arabian Gulf Cup title.
