Muslim World League condemns continued Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabia

The Muslim World League has strongly condemned the ongoing attacks by the Houthi terrorist militia against Saudi Arabia, denouncing the targeting of the cities of Khamis Mushait, Abha, and Jazan with several ballistic missiles and drones.

In a statement from its General Secretariat, Secretary-General and Chairman of the Association of Muslim Scholars Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa reiterated his condemnation of these criminal assaults, which violate religious values as well as international laws and norms. He said the attacks highlight the criminal behavior of the militia in deliberately targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure.

On behalf of the League's councils, bodies, and global assemblies, and all Muslim peoples under its umbrella, Al-Issa reaffirmed full solidarity with Saudi Arabia in all measures it takes to deter aggression, safeguard its security and resources, and protect its citizens and residents. He prayed for the safety of the Kingdom, its leadership, and its people.
