Sports Ministry deletes post on Al-Bukayriyah Club hours after sharing

The Ministry of Sports deleted a post from its official account on X on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, just hours after it was published. The post included a video highlighting several indicators related to Al-Bukayriyah Club as part of the club support strategy.

The post referenced more than 400 male and female players, an increase in the number of sports from four to eight, and the club's achievement of category (A) in administrative classification.

The accompanying video featured a speaker introduced as the chairman of Al-Bukayriyah Club, although his term ended in 2024. Rabie Saleh Al-Rabie has chaired the club's board since September 2024 and continues to do so.

The post was deleted just hours after it appeared, with no explanation provided at the time of reporting.
