Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Justice has enabled the viewing of all commercial courts upheld by appellate courts and issued by the Supreme Court while maintaining the privacy of cases parties.
The rulings are made available through the ministry's online portal, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Thursday.
"The publishing of those rulings is part of our plan to highlight the practical applications of resolving commercial disputes," General Head of Research Center at the ministry, Bashar Al-Mufadda was quoted as saying on the SPA.
"The ministry wants to improve judicial awareness and emphasize legal and procedural aspects in commercial judiciary," he added.
The viewing of all commercial rulings can be done by visiting the ministry's online portal, www.moj.gov.sa , selecting "ministry' from the menu, then "research center" followed by "published rulings".
