Dr.Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received heretoday the Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations Counter-TerrorismVladimir Voronkov, who is also the Executive Director of The United NationsCounter-Terrorism Centre.
Duringthe meeting, they discussed the activities of the Counter-Terrorism Center, tothe establishment of which the Kingdom has donated an amount of $ 110 million.They also reviewed joint efforts to combat terrorism and discussed the overallsituation in the region and the world at large.
Themeeting was attended by Saudi Arabia's Permanent Representative to the UnitedNations Ambassador Abdallah bin Yahya Al-Mouallimi.
