Saudi Arabia's Ambassador to Yemen Meets with Former U.S. Homeland Security and Counterterrorism Advisor

The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabiato Yemen and Supervisor of Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program forYemen (SDRPY), Mohammed bin Saeed Al Jaber, met here today with Former HomelandSecurity and Counterterrorism Advisor to President George W Bush, FrancesTownsend.

During the meeting, they discussed a number ofjoint international issues and the positive impact of Saudi developmentprojects in Yemen, which made an improvement in daily living of Yemenis.

The Former Advisor was briefed on anintroductory presentation about the projects of SDRPY, which contributed tostrengthening the Yemeni economy, providing direct and indirect jobopportunities, and reviving daily life in Yemen.

The Former Advisor expressed her happiness tovisit the headquarters of SDRPY and meeting with its staff, stressing theimportance of strengthening relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia andthe United States in various fields.
