Speaking to Al Ekhbariya TV, she added that the National Curriculum Center launched an initiative to deliver books to students’ homes via the 'SPL' postal service.

On Sunday, students across the Kingdom, including those in Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, and Taif, returned to classrooms, joining their peers in other regions as the new academic year begins.

The school year started last Sunday, August 16, 2026 (3 Rabi Al-Awwal 1448 AH), in 11 regions, with students in remaining areas returning according to the set schedule.
