National Guard: Surpassing 2025 military spending localization targets reflects unified national efforts

The Ministry of National Guard has stated that surpassing the 2025 targets for localizing military spending is the result of unified national efforts to build an advanced Saudi military industry that supports the Kingdom’s security and independence.

In a post on its official X account, the ministry said this progress contributes to enhancing the readiness of the military industries sector and achieving its objectives.

The announcement follows a statement from the General Authority for Military Industries, which reported that localization rates have risen to 27.30% in 2025, as part of Saudi Vision 2030’s goal to localize over 50% of military spending.
