Heavy rain and strong winds forecast for Jazan region

The National Center for Meteorology issued a warning on Thursday of moderate to heavy rainfall expected across the Jazan region, accompanied by strong winds, near-zero visibility, hail, flash floods, and thunderstorms.

The alert covers the city of Jazan and several governorates, including Al-Harth, Al-Daer (Bani Malik), Al-Rayth, Al-Aridhah, Al-Aydabi, Fayfa, Harub, Al-Tuwal, Samtah, Ahad Al-Masarhah, Abu Arish, Dhamad, Sabya, Al-Darb, and Baish, as well as the Al-Fateha center.

The center noted that the adverse weather conditions are expected to continue until 10 p.m. tonight, God willing.
