Education minister discusses research collaboration with Oxford Centre director

Education Minister Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Benyan received Dr. Farhan Nizami, Director of the Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies, at the ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh.

According to a statement from the ministry on its X platform, the meeting reviewed the longstanding relationship between Saudi Arabia and the Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies, and discussed areas of mutual interest and prospects for further development.

The two sides explored opportunities to strengthen cooperation in academic programs, projects, and research activities, as well as ways to expand the participation of Saudi universities in the centre’s initiatives.

The meeting emphasized the importance of enhancing institutional collaboration to achieve shared goals.
