National Guard Ministry signs tech MOUs at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh

Deputy Minister of the National Guard Saad bin Mohammed Al-Babtain signed several memorandums of understanding with leading technology and digital firms during the ministry’s participation at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh. The agreements aim to boost cooperation, exchange expertise, and support the ministry’s digital transformation and innovation journey.

The memorandum with Devoteam covers digital transformation, technology consulting, and the development of digital strategies, as well as the adoption of global best practices in digital governance.

The agreement with Huawei focuses on collaboration in digital infrastructure, cloud computing, and emerging technologies. It includes knowledge exchange and exploring opportunities to adopt advanced solutions such as artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, in addition to building national technical capabilities.

MOUs in artificial intelligence and data analytics

In the field of advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence, the ministry signed an MOU with Mozn to develop regulatory frameworks, share expertise, and implement joint projects that support data-driven decision-making.

The ministry also signed an agreement with Ejada to adopt emerging technologies, enhance the skills of national talent in innovation, accelerate digital transformation, and strengthen the reliability and continuity of digital services.

These agreements are part of the National Guard Ministry’s participation in LEAP 2026, reflecting its commitment to strengthening technology partnerships and leveraging modern solutions to support digital transformation and build a smarter, more efficient, and reliable work environment.
