Saudi police seize 133 kg of khat hidden in vehicle in Asir

Security patrols in the Asir region have arrested a Saudi citizen after he was found attempting to distribute a large quantity of the narcotic plant khat, which was hidden inside his vehicle.

Authorities stated that the seized amount totaled 133 kilograms of khat. The suspect has been detained and legal procedures have been initiated before referring him to the relevant authorities for further action.
