Six falcons sold for SAR 312,000 at eighth night of 2026 International Falcon Farms Auction

Six falcons were sold for a total of SAR 312,000 during the eighth night of the 2026 International Falcon Farms Auction, which saw significant attendance from falconers and visitors passionate about this heritage.

The evening began with the sale of the first falcon, a young Lanner falcon from a Polish farm, which was sold for SAR 55,000. The second falcon, a young Gyr-Peregrine hybrid from a Dutch farm, was auctioned for SAR 50,000.

The third falcon, a young Lanner falcon from a Ukrainian farm, fetched SAR 70,000. The fourth, a young Gyr-Peregrine hybrid from a Spanish farm, was sold for SAR 55,000. The fifth falcon, a young Gyr-Peregrine hybrid from an Austrian farm, was sold for SAR 51,000, and the night concluded with the sixth falcon, another young Gyr-Peregrine hybrid from the same Austrian farm, which sold for SAR 31,000.

The auction serves as a unique and trusted international platform for elite falcons from around the world, organizing a fast-paced, competitive bidding event that brings together falconers and breeders from Saudi Arabia and abroad. The event is broadcast live on television and through the National Center for Falcons’ official online channels.
