Coalition intercepts and destroys two Houthi ballistic missiles targeting Khamis Mushait

The official spokesperson for the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen, Brigadier General Turki Al-Malki, announced that two ballistic missiles launched by the Houthi militant group towards Khamis Mushait were intercepted and destroyed.

Earlier, the General Directorate of Civil Defense declared that the threat to Khamis Mushait had been eliminated, following an earlier warning issued through the National Early Warning Platform.

At the time, the Civil Defense urged residents to remain calm, follow official instructions, stay indoors, move to an interior room or a safe area away from windows, and not leave their homes or buildings until the threat had passed.

Earlier today, Al-Malki also announced the interception and destruction of a ballistic missile launched by the Houthi militants towards Riyadh.
