Saudi Passports Directorate details steps to report lost resident ID via Muqeem portal

The General Directorate of Passports has enabled the option to report a lost resident identity card through the Muqeem online portal.

According to a post on its X account, the directorate stated that organizations can easily submit reports for lost resident IDs belonging to their employees via the platform.

The directorate explained that the process begins by logging into the Muqeem portal, searching for the resident and entering their residency number. The resident's file will then be displayed, where users should select passport services and then choose the option to report a lost resident ID.
