Asir Municipality conducts 536 inspections to enforce Saudi Building Code

The Asir Municipality conducted 536 inspection visits to buildings and facilities to verify compliance with the Saudi Building Code requirements and to identify and address violations.

The inspections uncovered 338 violations, including 236 violations by supervising engineering offices, 65 by building owners, 33 by contractors, and 4 by design engineering offices.

The municipality affirmed that it will continue its monitoring tours of buildings and facilities to ensure the implementation of the Saudi Building Code, building regulations, and approved requirements.
