Moderate rain and strong winds forecast for Najran region

The National Center for Meteorology issued a warning on Saturday of moderate rainfall expected in the Najran region, accompanied by strong winds, near-zero visibility, hail, and possible flash flooding.

The center said the alert covers the city of Najran as well as the governorates of Badr Al Janoub, Habouna, Khubash, Thar, and Yadamah.

The center also noted that the weather conditions may include thunderstorms, urging residents in affected areas to exercise caution.

The adverse weather is expected to continue until 9 p.m., according to the center.
