The General Authority of Civil Aviation had earlier announced, in a follow-up statement regarding the attack on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh on Saturday, 29 Rabi' al-Thani 1448 AH (October 10, 2026), that 12 people were killed, including two Saudis, eight Bangladeshis, one American, and one Egyptian.
The authority also stated that the attack injured 309 people, including 12 Sudanese, one American, one Egyptian, one Ukrainian, one Syrian, one Palestinian, and one Saudi national.
The authority added that there were additional injuries, confirming that the wounded are receiving necessary medical care in several hospitals, with some in critical condition.
