Human Resources Ministry unveils draft penalties for disability social centers

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has released a draft table of violations and penalties for non-governmental social facilities serving people with disabilities. The initiative aims to regulate infractions and their consequences, strengthen compliance with legal requirements and approved standards, protect beneficiaries' rights, ensure access to high-quality services, and improve the level of care and rehabilitation provided.

The ministry invited all interested parties and specialists to review the draft and submit feedback and comments within the designated period, contributing to its development and the achievement of its objectives.
