Uzbekistan consul general visits Taibah University in Madinah

Uzbekistan's Consul General, Sirajiddin Shamsiddinov, visited Taibah University in Madinah today.

During the visit, the consul general met with the university president, Dr. Nawal bint Mohammed Al-Rasheed, to discuss opportunities for strengthening academic and educational cooperation and exchanging scientific expertise.

The meeting reviewed areas of joint collaboration and ways to develop academic relations with international educational institutions, aiming to foster knowledge exchange and enhance scientific and cultural partnerships.

The delegation was briefed on the university’s history, academic programs, scientific disciplines, and its branches across the Madinah region. The presentation also highlighted the region’s religious, historical, and cultural significance, as well as scholarship opportunities available to international students.

The visit is part of Taibah University's efforts to strengthen its international academic presence and expand partnerships with educational institutions worldwide, supporting scientific and knowledge exchange in line with Saudi Vision 2030’s goals for education and human capital development.
