Saudi foreign minister discusses regional developments with US Senate committee

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah met with Senator Jim Risch, Chair of the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and Senator Jeanne Shaheen, the committee’s Vice Chair, during his official visit to Washington, D.C.

The meeting reviewed bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and the United States, as well as areas of mutual cooperation between the two countries.

The two sides also discussed the latest regional developments and efforts to maintain security and stability in the region.

The meeting was attended by Princess Reema bint Bandar bin Sultan, Saudi Ambassador to the United States, and Manal Radwan, Special Advisor to the Foreign Minister for Negotiations and Peace Efforts.
