Deputy defense minister attends King Faisal Air Academy graduation

On behalf of Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman, Deputy Defense Minister Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-Ayyaf attended the graduation ceremony for the 108th class of students at King Faisal Air Academy today.

Upon his arrival at the academy, he was received by Deputy Chief of the General Staff Lieutenant General Fayyad bin Abdullah Al-Ghufaili, Commander of the Royal Saudi Air Force Lieutenant General Turki bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, and Commander of King Faisal Air Academy Major General Pilot Ali bin Mohammed Al-Hammad.

The ceremony began with the playing of the national anthem, followed by a recitation from the Holy Qur’an.

The commander of King Faisal Air Academy then delivered a speech welcoming the deputy minister and expressing appreciation for his patronage of the graduation. He noted that the 108th class had completed all stages of training using the latest aviation and technical systems, and that among the graduates were cadets from Bahrain and Yemen.

The graduates then took their oath, sang the academy anthem, and the results were announced. The deputy defense minister honored outstanding students and received a commemorative gift to mark the occasion.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, the graduates received their military ranks, the national anthem was played again, and a commemorative photo was taken with the deputy minister and the graduates.
