Five-vehicle collision in Riyadh linked to unsafe driving distance

Traffic authorities in Riyadh responded to a collision involving five vehicles, which occurred due to drivers not maintaining a safe distance while driving.

According to a statement posted on its X platform account, the General Directorate of Traffic said its teams arrived at the scene immediately after being notified and completed all necessary legal procedures regarding the incident.

It is worth noting that failing to leave sufficient space between vehicles is one of the leading causes of traffic accidents. The Traffic Department continues to raise awareness about the importance of maintaining safe distances to protect road users.
