Saudi leaders send condolences to Kazakhstan over soldiers' drowning

King Salman bin Abdulaziz sent a cable of condolences and sympathy to President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan following the deaths of Kazakh soldiers who drowned during naval exercises.

The King said: "We have learned of the news of Kazakh soldiers drowning during naval exercises in western Kazakhstan. As we extend to Your Excellency, to the families of the deceased, and to the people of Kazakhstan our deepest condolences and sincere sympathy, we pray to God Almighty to grant the deceased His vast mercy and forgiveness, to grant their families patience and solace, and to protect you and the people of Kazakhstan from all harm. He is All-Hearing and Responsive."

Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman also sent a cable of condolences and sympathy to President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan over the deaths of Kazakh soldiers who drowned during naval exercises.

The Crown Prince said: "I received the news of Kazakh soldiers drowning during naval exercises in western Kazakhstan. I extend to Your Excellency and to the families of the deceased my deepest condolences and sincere sympathy, asking God Almighty to have mercy on the deceased. He is All-Hearing and Responsive."
