The center also noted that high temperatures will persist in the Eastern Province, along with active surface winds. Rain-bearing thunderclouds may form over southern parts of the region as well as parts of Najran.

According to the center's report, surface winds over the Red Sea will be northwesterly to westerly at 15–45 km/h in the northern and central sections, and 10–35 km/h in the south. Wind speeds may exceed 50 km/h with the formation of thunderclouds in the southern part. Wave heights will range from half a meter to 1.5 meters, reaching up to 2 meters in the central section and even higher with thunderclouds in the south. Sea conditions will be light to moderate, becoming rough with thunderstorms in the southern Red Sea.

In the Arabian Gulf, winds will shift from northwesterly to westerly, turning southeasterly to southwesterly in the northern and central parts by evening. In the south, winds will shift from southeasterly to northeasterly, then to northeasterly to northwesterly after noon, at speeds of 10–28 km/h.
