Egypt condemns attacks on Saudi oil facilities and Jordan

Egypt has strongly condemned the targeting of oil facilities in eastern Saudi Arabia and the attacks against Jordan, describing them as unacceptable violations of state sovereignty and civilian and vital infrastructure, as well as a flagrant breach of international law and a dangerous escalation threatening regional stability and global energy security.

In a statement posted on its official Facebook page, the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed full solidarity with both Saudi Arabia and Jordan, and affirmed its complete support for all measures taken by the two countries to safeguard their security, stability, sovereignty, and critical infrastructure.

Egypt reiterated its firm rejection of all attacks targeting civilian facilities, vital infrastructure, or undermining the security and sovereignty of Arab states.
