Saudi foreign minister discusses economic cooperation with Turkish, Syrian counterparts in New York

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan met in New York with Syrian Foreign Minister and Expatriates Asaad Al-Sheibani and Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on the sidelines of the high-level week of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.

According to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the talks focused on areas of joint cooperation among the three countries and promising opportunities to strengthen economic and trade relations, serving their shared interests and contributing to growth and prosperity for their peoples.

The meeting also addressed ways to enhance coordination and cooperation, bolster their ability to tackle common challenges, and underscored the importance of continued consultation and joint efforts to achieve security and stability in the region.
