Saudi, Kuwaiti foreign ministers discuss regional developments by phone

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan received a phone call on Thursday from Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.

According to the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the two ministers discussed recent regional developments and emphasized the importance of continued consultation and coordination between their countries.

Both sides highlighted their support for diplomatic efforts aimed at de-escalation and safeguarding freedom of navigation.

The statement added that the talks stressed the need to maintain security and stability in the region.
