Riyadh Global Medical Biotech Summit to explore sector trends, future outlook

Abdulaziz Al-Arifi, Director of Partnerships at King Abdullah International Medical Research Center, said the Riyadh Global Medical Biotechnology Summit is a pioneering event that will examine the latest developments in the medical biotechnology sector and anticipate its future prospects.

Speaking to Al Ekhbariya TV, Al-Arifi added that the summit features several key components, including a leadership forum focusing on six main themes such as artificial intelligence, investment in biotechnology, bioengineering, and immunology specialization.

He noted that the second pillar of the summit is innovation in life sciences, which aims to boost investment in this promising sector.

Saudi Arabia will host the fourth edition of the Riyadh Global Medical Biotechnology Summit from September 14 to 16.
